Impact of engagement exist in organisations’ internal environment on employees’ motivation, satisfaction, commitment and turnover intention

Examining the impact of engagement exist in organisations’ internal environment on employees’ motivation, satisfaction, commitment and turnover intention is main aim this research. To achieve this, Hilton Park Lane, London UK hotel was chosen as a case to conduct Interview questionnaire methods were used together reach aim. The findings from interview showed that did not have separate employee strategy but rather management has been trying engage its employees by social activities providing discounted services. Statistical analyses disengagement positively related with statistics at Lane. Although no statistically significant result obtained regarding correlation between disengagement, job satisfaction suggested lack motivation dissatisfaction could be underlying factors which would lead disengagement.
